These are used as bleacher, washer and thickener covers and are essential filter cloths. They are also used on the brown stock washing drums and on the drums of bleaching plant. They are available in stainless steel (AISI 316,316L, 317, 317L). Also available in all-polyester open-ended shrinkable variety with SS clipper seam, like all-kynar woven shrinkable covers, or as combination of kynar and SS woven shrinkable covers with synthetic spiral loop seam. All these designs are woven in plain weave. However, certain grades of polyester and kynar for Pulp Mill are woven in 4-shaft double layer design also. All Stainless steel covers are woven in plain weave design. Wire mesh and diameter are selected based upon the end use. These covers can also be used for other places of filtration like secondary fiber recovery, etc.
